1. Challenge Rules

1-Step Evaluation Rules

Profit Targets:

Phase 1:10% target
Simulated Funded Account:No profit target

Drawdown Limits:

Daily Drawdown: 4% of the closing balance at 21:59 GMT. The drawdown resets daily at 21:59 GMT.
Max Drawdown: 6% overall static drawdown from the initial balance.
Hard Breach: Any violation of these limits (by balance or equity) will result in a hard breach.

Risk Per Trade:

A maximum of 2.75% risk per trade is allowed.
Exceeding the 2.75% risk per trade will result in a hard breach.

Minimum Trading Days:

Phase 1: 3 minimum trading days.
Simulated Funded Account: Minimum of 3 trading days.
Lot Size: A minimum lot size of 0.01 can be used.
A trading day is counted only if a new position is opened and closed. The new trading day begins at 21:59 GMT.

2-Step Challenge Rules

Profit Targets:

Phase 1: Achieve an 8% profit.
Phase 2: Achieve a 5% profit.
Simulated Funded Account: No specific profit target.

Drawdown Limits:

Daily Drawdown: Maximum of 5% of the closing balance, resetting daily at 21:59 GMT.
Max Drawdown: Maximum of 8% of the initial balance.
Hard Breach: Immediate breach if any drawdown limits are violated.

Risk Per Trade:

A maximum of 2.75% risk per trade is allowed.
Exceeding the 2.75% risk per trade will result in a hard breach.

Minimum Trading Days:

3 minimum trading days required on all phases.

Lot Size:

A 0.01 lot size may be used for trading.

Trading Day:

A trading day counts if a position is opened and closed. A new trading day begins at 21:59 GMT.

Instant Funding Rules

Profit Targets:

No profit targets.

5% Maximum Drawdown Trailing
3% Daily Drawdown Trailing

Hard Breach: Any violation of these limits (by balance or equity) will result in a hard breach.

Risk Per Trade:
A maximum of 1.5% risk per trade is allowed.
Exceeding the 1.5% risk per trade will result in a soft breach.
Minimum Trading Days:
Simulated Funded Account: Minimum of 5 profitable trading days (At least 0.5% profit made on each day).
Lot Size: A minimum lot size of 0.01 can be used.
A trading day is counted only if a new position is opened and closed. The new trading day begins at 21:59 GMT.
Consistency Rule:
25% Consistency Rule of payout after profit split.

2. Trading rules- Simulated Funded

Gambling Rule

Exposure must not exceed 2% of the account balance at any point.
The use of an “all or nothing” approach is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in a hard breach.

Layering Rule

No more than 4 positions per instrument are allowed at any time.
Adding to an existing position will be considered as opening a new position.
Any violations will lead to a soft breach.

News Rule

No changes or new positions/orders are allowed 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after a high-impact news event (red folder).
Pre-established stop-loss (SL) or take-profit (TP) orders placed before the news window are acceptable, provided they are filled.
Forex Factory is used to track these events (https://www.forexfactory.com/).

Applicable News Events

This rule applies to all pairs during the following key news events:

U.S. Consumer Price Index (CPI)
Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) Statement
FOMC Meeting
Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) Report
Interest Rate Decisions (USD, GBP, EUR, JPY, CHF)

High-Impact News Restrictions

For high-impact news events (red folder) affecting a specific currency (e.g., EUR), trading is restricted for all pairs involving that currency (e.g., EURJPY, EURUSD) and any related indices (e.g., DE30).

Violations will result in a soft breach.

Two Minute Rule

Trades that are closed in under 2 minutes will be classified as a soft breach of our trading guidelines. In such cases, the trade will be reversed, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the account. This policy is in place to maintain fair trading practices and ensure that all trades are executed with proper strategy and risk management. Please make sure to adhere to the timeframes to avoid any deductions or penalties.

3. Account Process

Performance Fee Policy

The first payout will be issued after three weeks for Instant Pro and Challenges; subsequent payouts will be bi-weekly. For Instant Lite, payouts can be requested on a weekly basis.

Traders must also meet the minimum trading day requirement each time their account is reset. If no soft breaches have occurred. A soft breach will also result in forfeiting a payout cycle .

Maximum Allocation

Maximum Allocation:

Max Allocation: $300,000
Copy Trading: Allowed up to $100,000 for both the challenge and funded allocation.
A new strategy must be implemented for allocations exceeding $100,000.
For allocations over $100,000, different instruments must be traded.
Parking Accounts: Only actively traded accounts count toward the specified limits. Untraded accounts do not contribute to these limits.
Violations of these rules will result in a hard breach.

Hard & Soft Breaches

Soft Breaches: Any soft breach found during an account review will result in the forfeiture of profits and a reset of the account balance. After two soft breaches, the account will be terminated due to a hard breach.
Hard Breaches: The account will be deactivated, and profit withdrawals will no longer be allowed.
To request an early account review, the account must be in profit. Normally, reviews are carried out when a payout request is made. However, if you believe a soft breach has occurred, you may request an early review, which typically takes 3-5 business days. If an early review is requested for a soft breach, the trading cycle will reset. During this review, any soft breaches will be evaluated, and the account will be reset if required.

Expert Advisors (EAs) & Trade Copiers

Usage: Expert Advisors (EAs) are allowed, but they must be approved beforehand, and you must own the source code. They should also not lead to excessive trading activity.
Trade Copiers: Each account must obtain separate approval before using a trade copier.
Hyperactivity Definition: An account is considered hyperactive if it exceeds 5,000 server requests per day, which may result in an email notification.
Risk Management Tools: These can be used freely, without any restrictions.

Prohibited Trading Practices

The following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate disqualification from the program:

Taking advantage of pricing errors or delays on the Broker’s platform.
Using confidential or insider information to inform trading decisions.
Engaging in front-running or any trading actions that could harm the Company’s relationship with the Broker or lead to trade cancellations.
Trading in a way that could create regulatory issues for the Broker.
Using third-party or commonly advertised strategies specifically designed to pass assessment accounts.
Holding or trading Single Share Equity CFDs around earnings announcements, with strict rules regarding the timing of closing such positions.
Entering Equity CFD trades at the close of a trading day to take advantage of overnight market gaps.
Attempting arbitrage between assessment accounts or with accounts from other entities.
Any trading activity that the Company, at its sole discretion, considers prohibited, which could lead to immediate termination and the forfeiture of any fees paid.
Group Trading & Account Management: Group trading, account management, or services designed to help pass assessments are not allowed. Copy trading, collusion, and similar third-party services are prohibited.
Third-Party Purchases: Purchases of services from third parties are not permitted.

Inactivity Rule

Accounts that remain inactive for 30 days will incur a hard breach, leading to termination and ineligibility for profit withdrawals.
